These Terms of Service govern your use of the Quilora website and your purchase of Quilora products.

By accessing our website, creating an order, or purchasing from Quilora, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies.

1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You agree to use the Quilora website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate applicable laws or the rights of Quilora or others.

You must not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, security, or functionality.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability are accurate.

Minor differences in color, appearance, texture, or finish may occur because of photography, lighting, manufacturing variations, and individual screen settings.

3. PRODUCT MATERIALS

Product materials and features are stated on the relevant product page.

Our launch collection is described as 18K PVD gold plated, hypoallergenic, waterproof, and non-tarnish.

Proper jewelry care is recommended to help maintain the appearance and finish of each piece.

4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Launch prices include:

  • ₱799 Bracelets

  • ₱899 Necklaces

Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Quilora's launch collection is limited to 114 pieces, with no planned restock for this drop unless otherwise announced.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

An order is considered submitted once checkout has been completed and payment has been successfully confirmed.

Quilora reserves the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, inventory errors, or other circumstances that may prevent fulfillment.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law.

6. PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers are valid only during their stated promotional period and subject to their specific terms.

Launch Week includes FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE, unless otherwise stated.

Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated by Quilora.

Limited-quantity products are subject to availability.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed by Quilora's Return & Exchange Policy.

For necklaces and bracelets, eligible exchange requests must generally be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.

Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, subject to any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Philippine law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Quilora branding, logos, product photographs, graphics, written content, original designs, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Quilora unless otherwise stated.

No Quilora content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

9. WEBSITE CONTENT

Quilora may update, modify, or remove website content, products, prices, services, or features at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely free from technical errors.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Quilora may use third-party services such as payment processors, courier services, website applications, and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies, and their operation may be outside Quilora's direct control.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quilora is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited under Philippine law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any consumer rights and remedies provided by applicable Philippine laws remain unaffected by these Terms.
